How to submit your message via WhatsApp

After choosing to submit via WhatsApp, you will receive an email after your order with your order number and our WhatsApp number +31 85 130 3810. You can send your personal audio clip to this number. We will then place it inside the plush toy so it’s ready for use.

File: No playback time limit, as long as the file is a maximum of 16 MB.

1. Send your order number
   You will find your order number in the order confirmation email. Send this first via WhatsApp. Example: 22XXXXXX
2. Send your recording
   You can send a pre-recorded video or audio file. You can also record a message directly using the voice function in WhatsApp.
3. Confirm with “Akkoord”
   If you are happy with your recording or the file you sent, send a message with “Akkoord” to confirm your recording.
4. We place the recording in the plush toy
   Once you have confirmed, we will get to work. When your plush toy is ready, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp.
