In the spring of 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the idea was born for a plush toy that does more than just feel soft. As the world went into lockdown and visits to grandparents, birthdays, and real-life hugs suddenly became rare, we felt something was missing: real connection. Not through text, not through a card, but through a voice. Something personal. Something that truly resonates.

We, two young entrepreneurs with experience running webshops (we previously owned a onesie store), started in 2014 from a student room. But in 2020, a new chapter began. Developing these plush toys was a special process: from carefully choosing the right design to finding an intuitive and easy-to-use voice recorder suitable for both children and elderly people. Everything had to feel right: the look, the feel, and the experience.

In the years that followed, we grew from a team of two into a warm, passionate group of people with one shared mission: to bring people closer together through something tangible and personal.
