The Voice Recorder works only correctly with Windows computers.
When you upload or delete files using Apple/Mac, macOS automatically places hidden system files and folders on the recorder. This can cause the recorder to stop working properly or even stop functioning completely.
What goes wrong when using Apple/Mac?

The recorder cannot play MP3 files correctly or does not recognize them
Solution (step by step)
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Connect the recorder to a Windows computer using USB-C

Open the folder MP3_MESSAGE (this is the recorder)

Delete all files and folders
-
The folder must be completely empty
-
There must be no files or folders left inside

Then copy only the desired MP3 file to the recorder

Disconnect the cable, leave the switch set to MP3, and press the heart button to play the message.
